Terms and conditions
These terms describe the current LogScope website and its browser-based log analysis tool.
Effective October 21, 2026
Using the tool
You may use LogScope to analyze logs you are authorized to access. You are responsible for choosing which files or text to process and for handling personal data or credentials contained in them. The tool runs locally in your browser; it does not connect to your WordPress site or change server files.
Interpreting results
Findings are automated leads based on the supplied records. They can be incomplete or incorrect when a format is unrecognized, the log is missing context, or a large file exceeds retained evidence limits. A suspicious request or successful HTTP response does not establish that a site was compromised. Verify important decisions against the original logs, application or WAF events, and server evidence.
Reports and guides
PDF, text, and CSV exports are provided for your use. Review them before sharing because they may contain sensitive details. The guides provide general information about logs and troubleshooting. They do not replace a professional incident response or a review of your hosting configuration.
Availability and changes
The website and its supported log formats may change. We may correct, expand, or remove a feature or guide. The site is provided without a guarantee that it will detect every attack, identify every error cause, or be available at all times. Check the current page for updated terms.
Privacy
The privacy policy describes how the current website handles selected files, browser-generated reports, and ordinary page requests.
